A DIY Wedding to Remember- Point Reyes Wedding Photographer

Thursday, October 18th, 2012

I had the distinct pleasure of photographing the wedding of Andrea and Clay. This was a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) wedding from the bottom, up. The Ceremony was held at a state park off of Heart’s Desire beach, where they brought in hay bails for seating and the reception was held at a huge beach house that they rented, just off the water. They brought in the ambience, decor (detailed to the “t”), great music, beautiful people, delicious food and at the end of the day everyone walked away feeling like royalty. Thank you for allowing me to take part in your truly decadent day!

Luz and Christine’s Beautiful Colorado Wedding- Bay Area Wedding Photographer

Sunday, July 25th, 2010

I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of two very near and dear friends in Libre, Colorado. I can’t say enough about the serenity of the land that they chose to get married on. I never wanted to put down my camera– the white clouds kept clamoring for my attention– the sky thought that it was the bride but I managed to stay focus. Their vows, the landscape, their smiles, the smiles of their families and friends were all in unison and they were just beautiful. I had to figure out the best way to limit this blog post (chiming in at 42 sneak peek images) I decided to focus on a few intimate moments that most guests would not have had the chance to see during the day. I hope that you enjoy this preview of what’s to come, Luz and Christine. Thanks to you both for sharing such an incredible weekend with me.

Katie and Trainor’s Vintage Wedding- Oakland Wedding Photographer

Monday, May 24th, 2010

Here are a few more photos from Katie and Trainor’s wedding.  What I did not include in the slideshow and I’m posting here is the quiet that the couple chose to include in their day.  While their guests gathered for cocktail hour, they chose to take a brief hike on one of their favorite trails with their closest friends.  It gave them a chance to see one another, breathe, and embrace the great journey that they were about to embark on– together.  Now why didn’t I think of that?  Enjoy!  K
