After photographing little Amaya, I drove home with the sweetest little lullaby, ‘Amaya Bella’ in my head. Her mommy sang it to her to keep her calm and to get her attention during the session. I will say that this family has debunked the theory that something is lost when a baby and mother do not get to bond within the first 2 hours of birth. This was one of the most loving and intimate families that I’ve seen in a long time and Amaya clearly knows that she is loved.
