Rubies and Roses and Everything Nice!- Oakland Family Portrait Photographer

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

Well it doesn’t quite rhyme but it easily describes my most recent family portrait session. This family lives with gusto- creativity, energy, a love of art, music (even hip hop), calligraphy, reading (I’m sure that the girls are reading this entry themselves ;o), and two knowledgeable and nurturing parents serving as the proverbial ‘cream on top’. I have no doubt that these young ladies will someday be two Davinciesque forces, certainly, not to be reckoned with but in the meantime, keep up the great work and I hope that you all enjoy this sneak peek from our session! Thank you for allowing me to spend the morning with you (and for stuffing me with tea and ginger cake)! Enjoy!

Tutus and Legos-Berkeley Family Portrait Photographer

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

That’s what families are made of! I was delighted to photograph this family this past weekend. Smitten by the bursts of energy from the “purple tutu” and by a little Lego engineer in the making, I’ve never seen siblings get along so swimmingly! Thank you Jodi for inviting me into your warm and colorful home. Enjoy this sneak peek!

Cheers,
Kemmeo

The Honor Is All Mine- Oakland Newborn Photographer

Monday, September 28th, 2009

I had the honor of photographing my best friend’s (and my maid-of-honor’s), hence the pun, newborn baby. Just a little over two weeks old, she was already so expressive and animated. Mom and Dad were well rested and up for the challenge which wasn’t a challenge at all– she was just a dream! Welcome to the world Elena! Enjoy this preview of what’s to come!
