Enter Photography by Kemmeo’s Get Suited! Promotion- Oakland Portrait Photographer

September 4th, 2009

It’s time! We are preparing our promotional material for both our 2009 Black, White, and Red! and Get Suited! Christmas Holiday Promotions (we’ll reveal more in November). In order to do that we are seeking models for our holiday advertisements. There will be two drawings (October 1st for October shoots). Both free sessions involve Suiting Up! What better way to get your little one to perk up and smile than to see her own Papa in a Santa suit? The second will involve an engaged couple who plan to send out Christmas Save-the-dates. Yeah, the groom will have to get suited up and get publicly photographed in his Santa suit with his lady Claus. We’ll provide the suit! Models will receive a free 8×10 or 2-5×7’s of their choice as a thank you! There will be two random drawings so sign up soon and tell all of your friends!

E-mail Photography@Photographybykemmeo.com to sign up for the drawing.

Qualifications:

Drawing One (put Christmas Youth in the subject): Child(ren) (ages 6 months-3 years) and an adult willing to suit up as Santa for a portrait session.

Drawing Two (put Christmas Engagement in the subject): Engaged couple (regardless of sex) with one of the two willing to suit up for an October morning shoot in Alameda.

Dumbo NYC- Bay Area Headshots Photographer

August 24th, 2009

If I could choose any section of NYC to live in, it would be the DUMBO region of Brooklyn. Every corner that you turn on is a beautiful backdrop just screaming my name. Years ago while assisting NYC photographer Denise Chastain, we photographed there (seeking the old warehouses and fire escapes). I can’t get over how much it has changed– I thank the artists who now live there! Here’s a sneak peek for this budding 13 year old model, Eduardo. He showed up with his guitar and skateboard and a very professional attitude. It was an honor to take your portfolio and headshots! Remember us people on the pavement when you’re a regular superstar!

One Day Only – Oakland Portrait Photographer

July 27th, 2009

I may do this again because it was such a popular event. I created a set and invited friends, family and a few previous clients (along with their friends and families) over within a 4 hour slot to have a portrait taken. We had a pretty good turnout. The sitting is free and folks only pay for prints. It’s a great way to waive the sitting fee if you and several of your friends would like to have formal portraits taken of your families. Contact us to arrange something. Sorry for those of you who could not make it (I only gave 24 hours notice) but I will be doing it again– Perhaps for Christmas? In any case, here are a few from the sessions. I was happy that some of our neighborhood kids were able to participate!
