Maja is an award-winning designer (see Studiombd.com) and founder of both Tikoli kitchenware and online hardware store (for urban doers– you’ll have to see the website to know what I’m referring to) www.machensupply.com. Maja wasn’t a huge fan of having her photo taken but we had quite a bit of fun. I’ve worked with many talented designers and art directors. It was a bit of a twist to have an art director in front of my camera rather than peering over my shoulder and directing the shoot. There was a mutual trust on both of our parts and I think that the end product was pretty powerful. I’m not sure which image Maja will choose but here are a few outtakes that I liked from our shoot.
